    It’s interesting that we are now looking back at past practices with an appreciation for what they represented. The huge dairy
    operations of today are extremely energy inefficient. This is changing as we speak.
    I have over 400 pieces of antique dairy equipment which spans the evolution of the industry.( 1890-1960)
